About

Hi, I’m Chelsea McIntyre — a multidisciplinary artist, toddler mom, creative entrepreneur, and holistic therapist.

I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BFA from California State University, Long Beach, and hold multiple credentials in functional kinesiology, Ayurveda, dance therapy and education, holistic healing and public speaking.

At the heart of everything I do — from movement to mindfulness to entrepreneurship — is a single purpose: to build community and facilitate healing through creativity.

My Work: Movement, Healing, and Creative Expression

I founded MAC Movement to bring people together through dance, culture, and connection. What started as a dance program has evolved into a community for transformative movement — blending cultural dance fusion, mindfulness, and emotional healing. Every class and program I design is rooted in the belief that movement is medicine, and that when we move together, we grow stronger together — in body, mind, and spirit.

Beyond the studio, I guide others through holistic healing and self-expression — integrating art, dance, energy work, and neuroscience-based practices to help people reconnect with their inner voice and authentic rhythm.

Creative Entrepreneurship as Community Healing

My creative ventures — from Lou’s Cookies to Seachel — are all built on the same foundation: community, creativity, and compassion in action.

Each project represents a piece of my larger mission to bring people together in joyful, meaningful ways. Lou’s Cookies began as a love letter to family and comfort, while Seachel embodies the healing energy of the ocean and a lifestyle of mindful creation. Every business I build is an act of artistic service — a way to nourish others physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

My Philosophy

I believe that creativity isn’t just something we do — it’s who we are. Whether I’m leading a class, giving a talk, choreographing a routine, or baking a batch of cookies, my work always comes back to connection, healing, and empowerment.

My mission is to remind others that they are empowered, worthy, loved, and that through creativity, we can thrive. Thanks for being here, I can't wait to connect with you!
